Several factors influence your metabolic rate, including your age, weight, body composition, hormones, and lifestyle.
RMR accounts for ~70% of your energy use, covering vital functions like breathing and heartbeat.
Knowing your exact RMR helps you build an effective plan for weight loss or muscle gain.
Equations for RMR can vary by up to 30–40%, making direct testing a more reliable solution.
Our medical-grade RMR tests provide highly accurate results, far beyond formula-based estimates.
